
Countdown for the World of Coffee 2019 fair!
The exhibition World of Coffee can be counted as one of the most important events in the coffee business. This show is prepared to invite its visitors from more than 80 countries, this year in Berlin, Germany, on June 6-8. Like every year, this event is a prestigious exhibition that hosts the World Latte Art Championship, World Coffee In Good Spirits Championship, World Cup Tasters Championship and the Cezve / Ibrik Championship.
In our opinion, the most valuable part of this fair, where A-Z is everything with coffee, is that designers and operators from different countries can show their vision and missions at the same place.

GRS – Roast Profile is a software that makes possible to record actions and decisions in response to the beans. The aim is to excel the consistency through roasting process that results higher efficiency in production. Profile Roasting System gives real-time roast information combined with visual graphics that makes very helpful in understanding a roast by user perspective. It gives a shape to follow, a physical profile that displayed bean and exhaust temperature values with their inclinations, plus rate of rise (ROR) values. This visual way of logging a roast is very helpful in understanding a roast profile because it gives a shape to follow, a physical profile.
The key of GRS is providing control over Garanti roasting machines, because user needs power on adjustments what affect the flavor of the coffee beans. The main variables of the profile are as followings:
- Bean/Drum Temperature (BT)
- Air Flow – Upper Fan Speed
- Drum Speed
- Flame Level
- Cooling Time
